There are traits that are part of you. They have been revealed throughout your lifetime. They have been utilized in the body for encouragement and for sharing the gospel. They have led to the continuing of doing good and sharing your love with others.
However, one can’t conceive that these same traits may be use for harm. Imagine discovering that by trickery and deceit your character is now being utilized as a weapon against you. You are unable to alter neither your circumstances nor your person. Hopelessness might set in. As you bitterly weep and live the anguish of knowing that you have just been set up from within.
That’s when you pray for deliverance. That’s when you plead for mercy. That’s when clinging to the Lord will be the only course to maintaining sanity. The struggle is arduous. The battle is fierce. My Lord sustains me. My Lord upholds me. My Lord holds me closely.
