I watched in amazement as the events unfold. It had taken weeks of prayer, healing and trust to arrive at this intersection. Once, the decision was made all was simple. I was now free. Free to walk without guilt, without regrets; without shame. I was ready to leave my confinement. I was about to enter my safe harbor.
As I began preparations for my journey, visitors arrived. Some brought encouragement; some laughter, and some concern. I listened. I could willingly leave without restraints. My Lord would guide, and protect me wherever I go. Yet, I knew that it was not time for rest yet. My safe harbor would have to wait. Maybe it will be when I see him. For now I will continue in my confinement, for you see I have been given a new name...Ephraim…For my Lord has made me fruitful in the land of my affliction…Genesis 41:52
May His Name be Praised!!!!
